A collective of senior SaaS marketing specialists who moved from agencies to build something better — a model that puts expertise, accountability and results at the centre of everything.

Our Story

Built by practitioners who were frustrated with the status quo

The founding team of The SaaS Partnership all share the same story. Years working with agencies and in-house SaaS marketing teams — watching talented people deliver mediocre results because the model they were working in didn't allow for genuine specialist depth or real performance accountability.

Agencies charged large retainers while rotating junior account managers through client accounts. In-house teams were hired quickly in growth phases and left with inflated headcount when the market shifted. Neither model was built to deliver what scaling SaaS companies actually need: highly experienced specialists who are genuinely accountable to revenue outcomes.

So we built a different model. One where the incentives are aligned, the expertise is real, and the commercial structure reflects the value delivered — not the hours billed or the headcount maintained.
